1. Order Processing Time

  • Domestic Orders (within Egypt):
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • International Orders:
    • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

All processing times begin once payment is confirmed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local conditions.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat‑Rate Domestic Shipping: EGP 50 per order.

  • Free Domestic Shipping on orders over EGP 2,000.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

You will see the exact shipping fee before you complete payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential additional charges.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: Please retain all packaging and contents, then contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yourdomain.com with photos and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.


7. Address Changes & Returns to Sender

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@yourdomain.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.

  • Returned‑to‑Sender orders due to incorrect address will incur a re‑shipping fee or refund deduction for shipping costs.
